How It Works
Step 1
Many meals are covered through Medicaid waivers, Medicare, and state and local aging programs. Check with your case manager, service coordinator, or local Area Agency on Aging.
Don’t have a case manager? We can help.
Step 2
Choose the meals you love or select a chef- and dietitian-created menu. Either way, you’re in control.
Step 3
Once you’re approved, we’ll finalize your order and schedule your first delivery.
Questions about paperwork or your program? We’ll walk you through it.
Step 4
Your local driver delivers every one or two weeks, depending on your plan. Meals arrive frozen and ready to heat, making mealtime simple.
Service Areas
Select your state to find local contact information and the programs available in your area.
Not sure if you qualify? We'll help you find out.
You may be eligible for home-delivered meals if you are:
- A senior (age 60 or older)
- An adult living with a physical or developmental disability
- Recovering after a hospital or skilled nursing stay
- Living with a chronic health condition
If you're not sure where to start, contact your case manager or local Area Agency on Aging, or call us directly. We're happy to point you in the right direction, even if it takes a few calls to figure out.
